After being hit by a chair from behind a co-worker by the name of Joseph Torribio instead of offering help says to me "Why don't you go over thier and whoop her ass!". He was reffering to his friend and the person who had pushed the chair. Was he hoping that in my pain and anguish I would have lost my temper, hit her. get myself fired and go to jail? 

No argument had led up to the pushing of the chair and no argument occured after. I was seriously injured and was put on workmans comp. I reported the incident and several persons to the HR Dept. Upon my arrival back to work I was removed from the team leaving behind the person who pushed the chair. No reason was given for my removal but I was very much reminded that I was a "snitch", a lier, an opportunist try to make his way up the ladder and also an idiot. I confronted the manager, the shift manager and the head of HR at that time for that location and was told that if I did not like the decision I should find another job.

Prior to this incident I had made several verbal complaints to my manager at the time about my concerns. I remember clearly on one occasion that Joseph Torribio started a habit of sticking up his middle finger at me while I was on the phone knowing thath I was agitated by this. I politely went over to the manager and told him I did not like this and his response was that I should ignore it as he was just being competitive.  If you knew this manager you would know that you could not stick up your middle finger at him. I guess because I was Jamaican and not hispanic I was less of a human being.

Joseph Torribio is now a  manager at PRC.
