St. James, Mobay
Recently there was the unfortunate incident with the canadian air craft in mobay.But my concern is why the reports keep mentioning the incident as HIJACKED AND HIJACKER. MY understanding of the word is, for a "HIJACK" to happen then that air craft or any other thing would have to be moving to commit such an offence .So i do not believe that Mr. Fray can be so charge because that air craft was not moving.However i do stand corrected on the matter. UNLAWFULY SEIZING THE AIRCRAFT WAS THE OFFENCE I THINK WAS COMMITTED... ANYONE? PLEASE CLARIFY...THANKS...
