Whether you are a Jamaican or not you should not be penalised for being as successful or more successfull than those around. Bad sportsmanship! I have had nothing less than a "raw deal". While working at this company Jamaicans have been referred to as "Stupid Jamaicans" and I have even been undermined as my complaints are brushed aside(That's a crime - The law gives each person the right to complain). I have been denied company benefits. I have had several incidents and injuries which were passed off as accidents because the persons in power did not want to take objective action(Is it because I am not hispanic or is it because I am a Stupid Jamaican). I now have injuries to my knees and and lower back which have cost me a loss of income and a change in my lifestyle and future. The population in Florida is more than 50% Hispanic and so even making a police report has been a problem. I am constantly mocked "what a gwaan yute" - sometimes they can't even pronounce it and they know I don't like it(confrontations).

You could never go through Miami International Airport or the Whitehouse and refer to Americans as "Stupid Americans".

STAND UP JAMAICANS AND BE PROUD!

PEOPLE MAY TRY TO TAKE FROM US, BUT THEY CAN'T MAKE US- Thats what some of us need to realise!
